From North of Downtown Pittsburgh...
Take 279 to 579 (Veteran's Bridge)
Take the first exit, Mellon Arena
Left off of the exit
Right at the first light (Washington Pl)
Go through one light to Marriott/Chatham Center building, which will be on your right

From Grant Street Exit Downtown from Fort Pitt Tunnels and Parkway East...
Grant Street to 6th Avenue
Right on 6th Avenue
2nd Left to Mellon Arena
1st Right to Marriott/Chatham Center Building

From Pat Transit (Subway)...
Take the Steel Plaza & 6th Street stop
(You should see the Marriott when you get to the street level from the subway station)
Walk one block toward Mellon Arena - Walking bridge to Marriott/Chatham Center
Enter through the Marriot Lobby. Spa Uptown is in the back, left hand corner of the building.
